Cooked couple cloves of garlic, diced onion, and added minced mushrooms. Used container for ratio of grain / liquid but used vegetable broth in replace of water.

I decided to randomly try and make some bean burgers. These turned out decent, but next time will look at a recipe. Seems that is missing a binder. Was good flavor, but consistency seemed little mushy. This conglomerate was made to use up some of a big of pesto batch that I made a short time ago.   Ingredients: 1 med – large spaghetti squash 1 white onion 2 cloves of garlic 1-2 tablespoon olive oil 1 can of diced tomatoes (drained) 1/4 cup pesto Feta (optional)     Preheat oven to 350 deg.  Cut the squash in half long wise and remove the seeds. with a fork poke several holes through the skin. place on baking sheet cut side down for an hour.
