I can’t remember where was hiking when took photo this day, but know I collected a sweet hunk off a downed huge tree for a cane / hiking stick.
This was a great day. The day PLS was officially in my rearview! Raccoon, up by the cabin end of the park… Found all that moss as well that we collected.
You can totally see a face. If you tilt your head to the left; the mouth and right eye are evident with the left eye missing. Kind of reminds me of that creature from Pan’s Labrynth (spanish movie).
