This was followed as close as I can follow recipes. I didn’t use sherry to clean the pan, added 3 cloves garlic and didn’t use any kind of milk. (was going to use almond milk but was not needed) Recipe Here This is a vegan one as must used heavy cream or cream cheese in the soup.
