I line up the prop to the stand so I know when it moved. 😛 It does absolutely nothing for the plants, but move. These were to train 4th graders solar power. Kit was a challenge to build and required trimming of plastic parts, building a transmission that housed the gears and little motor. I need to get the other sets to build.
Needs to make some progress and stretch it’s leaf out already. Lighting not ideal and sofa table for grow lights not acquired. Should make that a task of the day. Need to get something else from ikea as well. Maybe even a new plant. Trying to think best way to mount the light. Determine if I want it to hang suspended or use risers to center lights closer.
Mode on camera is strange that removes the amber corner lights but not the pig on the mirror.
Speaking of the Subaru rally pig, mostly false identify as angry bird related. Better source for background this shows that was a random sponsor for one of the rally drivers of the subaru team. Look too deep into it, it’s better for some people to see it as angry bird related. LOL
When starting my car on return from lunch break Friday it took me a minute to realize where the noise was coming from. The exhaust rattled and was not until started to back out of space that could tell that the engine was missing.
I plugged in my Bluetooth ObdII adapter, pulled the engine code with Torque and limped back to work. By this time my CEL on the car was already flashing at me. In its yelling, something ain’t right here status.
First mission was to figure out which one of 4 #3 was. Used marking on the coil pack to find the proper one. When checking the connection I had a tough time removing the boot / wire from the coil terminal. Went in to work and salvaged some supplies and found a couple scraps of 800gritt paper in my bowling bag from my trunk.
There was a significant amount of corrosion / rust build up. After breaking the boot loose with pliers I cleaned the wire end with a small metal file and the terminal end with sand paper and applied dielectric grease on it and putting back.
I didn’t snap a pic of the one that started the mess, but there was a lot more corrosion than #4 shown here. The bottom two are shiney. It’s as though grease was not properly applied on newest plug set.
Almost looks like can unscrew terminal and replace. Wonder if are the same things get with spark plugs at times. Think the ngk plugs for the rx7 come with a spare.
I do not have a proper mount for them currently. Balance between two coffee tables. I think that I had them mounted wrong and too far from plants, used items to raise them to same height and modified my test environment. Will see if have and improvements, I suspect these leaves should perk up towards the lights if is working at all. Last attempt the were only in red spectrum.
@Rich, that spider plant I cloned is not doing anything. That was soo long ago now that I think of it. After rooting it stunted growth.
I do not understand why notebooks do not have a rocker volume switch like in cell phones. My notebook (asus) its a freakin fn +F12 or fn+F11 to go up and down on the volume. Older notebooks did this with a wheel or dedicated buttons. switch is what like a nickel?
